Great for beginners!

My wife and I read this book just 2 weeks after deciding to learn to invest in real estate. It helped us understand the language and gives many specific examples of different ways to make money in both short-term and long-term investments.

It was a great read even for a seasoned real estate investor

I have know Mr Krulac personally for a few years and decided to read his book. It was a great read even for a seasoned real estate investor. I was able to get some ideas on how to expand my business and how to look for deals whenever everyone dismisses them. I would highly recommend this book to be in everyone's library if you are interested in real estate.
